For online orders, you may also request a return for one or more items

from your account at the 'view completed orders' page.

All returns must meet the following requirements:

Return form must be displayed on outside of the box.
Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping box with sales receipt.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached.
Merchandise must returned Hip Chick Boutique within 14 days of the original sale date.

Regular priced merchandise returned with the above requirements, may receive a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Regular priced merchandise returned without the above requirements will be charged a $30 re-stocking fee with remaining balance applied to store credit.

Sale merchandise may be returned for store credit only with the above requirements met.

All Sales final on clearance merchandise marked 50% off or more and/or special orders.

No returns or exchanges after 21 days of original sale date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the buyer's responsibility.
